Change of mind

If you change your mind, your item may be eligible to be returned for an exchange within 14 days of purchase:

  • To be eligible for a return, the return must be initiated within 48 hours of the item being delivered
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase
  • Items must not been worn, used or damaged and are in the same condition as sold
  • Items must have the original tag still attached and are in all the original packaging as you received the item
  • Return postage is at the customers expense. We recommend choosing a service that provides tracking and it is packed in the box with protection as you received it in so it arrives back to us in new condition. We don’t wan’t to have to reject an exchange because it is damaged.
  • You are responsible for postage for us to post your exchange to you, unfortunately we cannot offer our discounted rate for this. To post your exchange item it will be $10.95. All returns can only be sent to the original name and address on the purchase invoice. We can only accept payment for this through paypal at this time.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • All returns will be processed within 3 business days of being received (this does not include public holidays)

Faulty items

If your item is faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement.

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Our return policy is for 30 days from delivery date. If 30 days have have past, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement
  • Items will need to be approved for a return
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase
  • Return postage is at the customers expense, and will not be refunded. We recommend choosing a service that provides tracking
  • Any additional costs that may be incurred by Hunting Stones will be deducted from your refund (if applicable) Such as soiled/damaged packaging or other)
  • On receipt of your return Hunting Stones will assess whether to refund, repair or replace the item for you
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • All returns will be processed within 3 business days of being received (this does not include public holidays)
  • If a refund has been approved, a credit will be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • We will initiate that within 3 business days (this does not include public holidays) the time period for the banks to process varies, but it should take no longer than 2 business days

Sponges

  • We do not accept returns for sponges

Late delivery’s, missing parcels or damaged in transit items

  • Most of our items are currently shipped through Australia Post
  • If you have a tracking number provided, please click on that tracking number or click on the relevant button below, alternately you can phone them on 13 POST (13 7678) within Australia. For outside Australia please phone +61 3 8847 9045
