Shipping – All orders are processed Monday through Friday on the same day as purchased or the following business day, excluding public holidays and excluding custom orders.

Please be aware, that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times worldwide are subject to delays beyond our control, we will continue to ship orders as soon as possible.

We provide a tracking number with all orders that can be tracked through Australia Post, this method offers up to $100 of cover for loss or damage in transit. If you require more than $100 of cover you can select extra cover at the time of checkout. Shipping upgrades are offered at the time of payment/checkout, such as, signature delivery, insurance or Express Post.

Combined purchase orders of $150 or more require signature delivery

Within Australia

We recommend that you fully insure your purchases/s at the time of checkout/payment. The first $100 of your purchase is automatically covered, if your order is over $100 you can select and pay for extra cover that will take your full cover up to $200. If you have paid for extra cover up to the value of $200 we will provide any further extra at our expense. eg: Orders up to $100 – automatically covered. Orders up to $200 – Customer pays extra cover at checkout. Orders over $200 we provide any additional extra cover ( so long as you have selected and paid for extra cover when payment has been made).

If your order is not fully covered and your item/s are accidently damaged or lost by the delivery service, Australia Post are not obligated to pay compensation.

We aim to ship all items within 2 business days of placing the order, unless otherwise stated.

Overseas Shipping

If you require more than Australian $100 of cover you can select extra cover at the time of checkout. Shipping upgrades are offered at the time of payment/checkout, such as, signature delivery, insurance or Express Post.

The below shipping times are an estimation taken from the date of dispatch, subject to postal delays outside of our control. 

Delays that could occur, but not limited to are; customs clearances, strikes, natural disasters, and currently in relation to geographic restrictions imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These delays are all out of our control.

Standard Overseas shipping with tracking:

New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 7 to 12 Business days from dispatch

France, Greece: 10 to 15 Business days from dispatch

Rest of the world: 15 to 25 Business days from dispatch

Express Overseas shipping with tracking:

New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 5 to 9 Business days from dispatch

France, Greece: 7 to 14 Business days from dispatch

Rest of the world: 10 to 20 Business days from dispatch
